Purchase Order
We accept purchase orders. Orders can be faxed to us on 07005 800 181.

To avoid delay, it is important that a purchase/order number is included on the order.

Bank Transfer
We accept bank transfers and orders are processed upon receipt of a bank draft.

BACS Payments
We can accept BACS funds transfer payments. Please use the bank details shown below.

Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Switch.
Please call our sales team on 0845 094 3669 during office hours (Monday to Friday 0900hrs - 17.00hrs) to arrange your order, or you can order 24hrs from our website order page.

Cheque
We accept cheques but we regret we will not be able to process your order until we receive confirmation that your cheque has cleared.

Credit Terms
We are able to offer monthly payment terms over a period of 12 months to NHS organisations on all orders above £2000, subject to status. If you wish to do this, please call our sales team on 0845 094 3669.

Organisations sign a credit agreement with us stating that they will pay an upfront deposit of 50% followed by a monthly proportion of the remaining overall licence fees due for the 12 month period. Payments are due within 30 days. No interest is payable if these conditions are met and the payments are made on time and to the full amount due.

If payment of the full balance is not received, we will automatically activate a fixed term 12 month repayment plan with an APR of 30% payable on the remaining balance.
